About Paul Segre

Paul Segre is the chief executive officer at Genesys. Since taking on this position in 2007, he has led the company to consistent yearly double-digit growth and revenues of over $1 billion. Paul joined Genesys in 2002 as chief technology officer with responsibility for product management and engineering. In 2004, he became chief operating officer with responsibility for sales, service, and support. From 2002 to 2011, Paul held a variety of executive management roles at Alcatel-Lucent, including president of the Applications Group, which included Genesys. During this time, he led a worldwide team and grew revenues to more than $2.9 billion. Prior to Genesys, Paul held senior positions at DSC, Bell Labs, and AT&T Network Systems in strategy, business development, and operations support systems development. He holds a bachelor's degree in mathematics and a master's degree in operations research from Stanford University.

Musa is a driven experience designer and product strategist with a career spanning more than 20 years in the B2B technology industry. He has demonstrated leadership in the design and management of go-to market strategies of highly successful products. He has even pivoted unsuccessful products converting them into highly innovative and profitable solutions. Musa believes that bad customer experiences are toxic to our social fabric and so, he works hard to define the journeys that matter the most to customers to anticipate their needs and future challenges. He works tirelessly to obtain the right customer experience buy-in from executive management to save and engineer experiences that instill customer trust and loyalty. He has built the Genesys voice of the customer program by maturing the Net Promoter Score into a deeper customer feedback framework and system. His work was instrumental in increasing Genesys Customer Care NPS by 25 points in less than 11 months. He leads a team dedicated to leading-edge customer experience. Musa is a member of the Bain Loyalty Forum and holds certifications in service design and as a certified customer experience professional (CCXP).

About Adrian Bethell

Adrian Bethell is the Genesys EMEA and LATAM Contact Center Consultant. He identifies opportunities for customers to maximize value through implementation of effective methodologies. Bethell has over 15 years of contact center industry experience including realignment of KPIs and metrics with business goals, implementation of enabling technologies and tools, consolidating customer-centric best practices, and driving innovation and intelligence into operational strategy. Adrian has worked in the Financial, Medical/Healthcare, Technology, Mobile & Telecommunications, Automotive, FMCG, Utilities and Insurance Industries. He has a physics graduate degree from University of Leeds, UK. He is fluent in French and Spanish and speak Italian. He has lived in Barcelona for 10 years with his wife and daughter.

About Brendan Dykes

Brendan has over 25 years of experience in the customer service industry, in both business and technical roles. This broad experience has allowed him to see first-hand the importance for both customers and organizations of delivering consistent omnichannel customer experiences. Brendan has both graduate and post graduate qualifications in Business Management from Bristol Business School. He has been with Genesys since 2007, before which he worked in the energy and telecommunications sectors.

He has worked in a variety of strategic roles in his career including Product Marketing, Sales Engineering and Business Consulting. Prior to joining Product Marketing in 2013, Remy led the Sales Engineering teams for Southern Europe and French speaking Africa. Remy previously worked for Atos, Schlumberger and Sema, where he was the Consulting Director on Customer Experience Transformation programs for major accounts. He holds a Master’s degree in engineering from the French National Institute of Telecommunications as well as a Master’s degree in Marketing and Sales from the Sorbonne Graduate Business School.
